  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 1/2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 can (8-ounce) chopped green chiles
  • 10 slices French bread
  • butter
  • seasoned salt
  • pepper
  • 7 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a mix of cheddar and jack)
Instructions
  1. Brown the sausage, onion, potatos, bell pepper, garlic in a pan. When the meat and potatos are cooked, add the can of chiles.

  2. Mix it all up. Add the seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
