Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls (dough)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook crumbled sausage until browned. Drain fat. Roll out crescent rolls until flat on bottom of 12 inch ungreased pan. Spoon sausage over crust. Top with shredded cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, a little salt and pepper. Pour over cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
