Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Pizza

Who wouldn't love an excuse to eat pizza for breakfast? Layer a pre-made dough with your favorite morning treats, like eggs, cheese and bacon. You can't go wrong with this easy recipe.

Cooking Time30 min

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Prepared pizza dough or pastry

Instructions

  1. Roll pastry to fit into a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 425 degrees F for 5 minutes.
     
  2. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust.
     
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and parsley until smooth; pour over pizza.
     
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pizza is puffy and lightly browned.
