This Amish donut recipe is inspired by those delicious pastries that you can buy in Amish bakeries, or perhaps during outings to a farm or apple orchard. Everyone enjoys the process of watching the dough rise, and there's nothing more satisfying than watching the pastries fry to golden perfection.
