In the video they use ONE pan, but in the written directions it states TWO pans and sprinkle tops of both with 3/4 of the sugar/cinnamon mix. Whic is righr?

The video only shows one pan as a demonstration, but the recipe should make enough batter for two loaves. This is the reason for the discrepancy. As far as the cinnamon sugar, the amount you use is up to your discretion! Hope this helps!

This recipe has a few problems. Step 3 add half the milk and then the flour. Step 4 add the rest of the milk and then the rest of the flour. Step 7 sprinkle 3/4 of the topping over the batter in EACH pan.

This is a really simple recipe to make a really good cinnamon bread. I love having this as a snack, and I'll often use breads like this as a quick dessert by adding a scoop of ice cream to a slice. The video is good at showing how easy this is to make, unlike some bread recipes I've encountered. It's definitely worthwhile to make.

I love cinnamon bread. I am not a big breakfast eater, but this is what I love when I do have it. It is really simple to whip up. Only takes a few minutes to mix it up. I have also made this as a gift and it is always a hit.
