Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon yeast
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa

Instructions

Makes 1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf. Place ingredients into the bread machine in order suggested by the manufacturer. Use the the Light Crust or Whole Wheat settings. Start the machine
