Bloody Mary Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 pk yeast
  • 3 c bread flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 T soft butter
  • 1 can spicy V-8 juice (6 oz.)
  • 1 T vodka
  • 1 T water
  • 1 egg

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the pan, select white bread, and push "Start". This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine. After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 min.
