Abm Rice Bread
Ingredients
- SMALL MEDIUM LARGE
- cooked rice 1/2 cup 2/3 cup 1 cup
- water 1/2 cup 2/3 cup 1 cup
- butter/margarine 2 tsp. 1 Tbsp 1 1/3 Tbsp
- salt 1/4 tsp. 1/3 tsp. 1/2 tsp.
- sugar 1/4 tsp. 1/3 tsp. 1/2 tsp.
- bread flour 1 tsp. 1 1/2 tsp. 2 1/2 tsp.
- yeast 1 tsp. 1 1/2 tsp. 2 1/2 tsp.
Instructions
Any type of rice may be used for different flavors of bread, such as brown, wild, basmati, white, etc. Rice doubles in volume when cooked. Put ingredients in bread machine as suggested by manufacturer. Bake as per directed for size of loaf selected.
