Comfort food is popular with families, especially meatloaf. It is always welcome on the dinner table, and is a favorite meal. Many recipes for this main dish have basic ingredients, but this one includes additional seasonings for a gourmet flavor profile. In preparing this, I would make a few changes. I would use low sodium Worcestershire sauce, fresh mushrooms, and low sodium soy sauce.
