Meatloaf is one of our all-time favorite comfort food recipes. Make-Ahead Country Comfort Meatloaf is a recipe for meatloaf that will leave you feeling warm and satisfied after you eat it. The best comfort food recipes can be made ahead of time, so they're ready when you are. Although this recipe is easy, it's bursting with delicious flavor. Simply mix the ingredients together and let them marinate overnight. When you're ready, bake it for an hour and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds extra lean ground beef
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 cup dried bread, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup, low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon A-1 Steak Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Mix together ground beef, A-1, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic, and oregano and allow to marinade overnight in an airtight bowl.
     
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degree F until done. About 1 hour.
