Cheesy Beefy Fajita Quesadillas

Cheesy Beefy Fajita Quesadillas
Cheesy Beefy Fajita Quesadillas

"Mmm, Mmm, Mmm...our Cheesy Beefy Fajita Quesadillas are the real deal for Mexican food lovers! Because, they are cheesy, beefy, a little spicy, and wrapped in crispy, golden brown tortilla shells. Topped with crunchy lettuce, spicy salsa, and creamy sour cream to take them completely over-the-top! These amazing quesadillas will make your house smell like a Mexican restaurant. They're easy to make, and much cheaper than going out. And, they’re definitely healthier than restaurant foods because of the lighter ingredients like; lean ground sirloin, low-fat sour cream and light cheese."

NotesIf using regular ground beef, drain the fat after browning it then add it back to the skillet.

When making the quesadillas, once the pan is hot turn the heat down to medium, so the cheese melts evenly and the tortillas don't burn.

Keep the finished quesadillas hot as you make them by placing them in a preheated 200º F oven. But, don't leave them in there too long or the filling will dry out.

These look incredibly delicious. A local restaurant that my wife and I frequent serves something really similar, though with chicken instead of beef, and we'll often order those when we go there. This beef version looks even better than what the restaurant serves, plus it's rather easy to make. We usually have some pre-cooked ground beef on hand in the freezer, so this is a quick dinner to put together. This is definitely going into our must-make file.
