Sha cha Beef with Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch spinach, washed and dried
  • 2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 7 ounces beef, cut in 1" strips
  • Chinese BBQ sauce
  • Peanut oil

Instructions

Stir-fry beef. Add Sha-Cha sauce and heat. Keep warm. Stir-fry garlic in a little oil; set aside. Par boil spinach until just tender; rinse with cold water and drain. Toss in garlic. Arrange spinach on plate and top with beef.
