Tequila Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, shelled and de-veined
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 to 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Shell and devein shrimp; chill.
     
  2. Combine shrimp, oil, salt, tequila, cayenne pepper, garlic and chili sauce. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
     
  3. Place shrimp on skewers. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side.

OMG we made these for a Chritmas party and everybody loved them! They were so easy to make! And Fabricut, I tasted one before grilling and they were ok but tasted much much better grilled! I had people ask for the recipe and will definitely make them again!

Tequila shrimp sounds good, what if you do not GRILL?
