Smoked Salmon Roll Ups


  • Take a flat bread (mexican tortilla or middle eastern). Spread with
  • cream cheese. Arrange leaves of lettuce, smoked salmon and finely
  • chopped green onionon the flat bread. Roll tightly in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour.


Cut each on the diagonal into about 12 slices (depending on the size of your flat bread).
