No-Bother Mini Florentine Cups

Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) package of frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup cream cheese spread
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/2 garlic powder
- 24 slices deli style shaved turkey breast
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients except turkey.
- Place one slice turkey into each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups.
- Fill with 1 1/2 tsp of the spinach mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
