Jalapeno Cheese Squares
This spicy treat will be perfect for any party or family get together. Made with fresh jalapenos, cheese, and bacon, this is one of the best appetizer recipes for a crowd. Hosting a party has never been this easy.
Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 jalapeno peppers
- 12 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.
- Spray Pam in a 9 x 11 inch casserole dish.
- Chop and seed peppers and line bottom of dish. Sprinkle bacon evenly over peppers. Add shredded cheese.
- Beat eggs until fluffy and pour on top of cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cut in squares and serve upside down while hot.
