  2. Let cool and mix in cheese.
  3. Put about 1 tablespoon of mixture on an unrolled biscuit and pinch shut.
  4. Place biscuit pinched side down on cookie sheet. Bake according to directions on biscuit can.
  5. Serve with spicy mustard.

Variation: Use taco seasoning instead of soup mix and jalapeno cheese. Serve with salsa.

This is an interesting recipe and I especially want to try the variation with taco seasoning and jalapeno cheese. I'm a little unclear on exactly how the biscuits should be folded into puffs. I've made them before by separating the layers (I love the flaky layer variety) and placing the filling between the layers before reassembling and pinching around the perimeter. I'll have to experiment with this one. A short video showing the assembly process would clear up any questions.

use half of the jumbo bisquits. or home made bread dough,

Really, where do you find a 50-60 ct can of biscuits? Do you fold 1 biscuit in half to seal or do you use 2? Ket's check our typing before we post!

Really?!? YOU'RE going to complain about spelling when you don't do it yourself?? "Ket's"?? As far as the biscuits are concerned, I don't think the author MEANT you had to find ONE can of 50-60 biscuits, rather get between 5-6 REGULAR cans of biscuits...

1lb of beef is going to do 50-60 biscuits
