Ingredients
- 21 ounces Jones braunschweiger, cut into chunks
- 1 (8-ounce) package soft cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped flat leaf parsley
Instructions
- In food processor, combine and process braunschweiger, cream cheese, sherry, onions, mustard, hot sauce, Worcestershire and brown sugar until smooth.
- Transfer to bowl, and stir in red onion and parsley.
- Garnish with additional parsley and chopped red peppers, if desired.
