Cocktail Toasts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 ounces bacon bits (or cooked crumbled bacon)
- party sandwich or thin sliced bread cut in quarters (rye, pumpernickel)
Instructions
Combine first four ingredients and mix well. Spread over bread slices & top with bacon bits. Place in a warm oven (275-300F) for about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
