This is a wonderful version of the pull-apart pizza bread. I've made similar ones, but this has some nice additions to it. I've often sprinkled some shredded mozzarella cheese over the top before baking. I'm of the opinion that the more cheese the better. I think you could also add some crumbled sausage in with the pepperoni. I haven't tried that yet, but I plan to give it a shot.

Bloomin Pizza BreadFri Jul by Christy The Girl Who Ate Everything Literally as soon as I took the Bloomin Onion Bread out of the oven my mind started racing of all the different possibilities and ways I could make this style of bread Im always thinking of entertaining so the concept of a bread that everyone can just pull off and eat is interactive and perfect for company My first thought was a pizza infused bread because thats always a crowd favorite and thats how this baby was born So this weekend take a warm piece of sourdough bread glazed with Parmesan and garlic butter oozing with melted cheese and pepperoni and dip it in warm pizza sauce Yum PrintBloomin Pizza Bread Ingredients unsliced round loaf sourdough bread - ounces mozzarella or Provolone cheese thinly sliced ounce package pepperoni halved Tablespoons butter melted teaspoon garlic powder teaspoon Italian seasonings Tablespoons ParmesanRead More cheese pizza marinara sauce for dipping Instructions Preheat oven to degrees Cut the bread lengthwise and widthwise without cutting through the bottom crust This can be a little tricky going the second way but the bread is very forgiving Place bread on a foil-lined baking sheet and insert cheese slices and pepperoni between cuts Combine butter garlic powder and Italian seasonings Drizzle or brush over bread with a pastry brush Sprinkle bread with Parmesan cheese Wrap bread completely in foil and bake at degrees for minutes Unwrap the bread and bake more minutes or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is a little crispy Notes Source The Girl Who Ate Everything inspired from The Changeable Table
