Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) package frozen corn kernels
  • 1 (8-ounce) package frozen green beans
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounce frozen seasoned potato nuggets (or tater tots)

Instruction

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 2.5-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Brown the ground beef, onion, and salt in a skillet. Break up meat and cook until no longer pink. Drain beef. Place cooked beef into the baking dish.

  3. Mix the soup and milk until well combined. Layer the frozen corn and green beans, then the soup mixture and the cheese on top of the ground beef. Top with the frozen potato nuggets.

  4. Bake 35-40 minutes until potatoes are brown and the casserole is heated through.
