Veggie Burgers 1

Ingredients

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup string beans, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and shape into patties. Brown patties on both sides. Place in a baking pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
