Okara Almond Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup okara
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine first 5 ingredients. Add baking soda and mix. Drop by tablespoon onto oiled cookie sheet. Flatten to about 1/2 inch thick. Place whole or slivered almond in center. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
