Ingredients

  • 4 ounce Brown or Green Lentils
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • Handful of dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
