"My gnocchi with homemade green pesto is a family favourite and completely vegan. The pesto is home made and dairy free but delicious nontheless. You can choose to make the gnocchi yourself, but I choose to buy them. Just make sure there's no egg in them! :-) Ingredients: 500 grams of Gnocchi 2 handfuls of Fresh basil 30 grams of Pine nuts 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice 1 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil 3 cloves of Garlic 1 dollop of Vegan butter 1 teaspoon of Pepper 1 teaspoon of Salt"
