"Do you love mushrooms? I sure do! I like them all, button mushrooms, morel, chanterelle, oyster mushrooms, shiitake, porcini, portobello to just name a few. With this recipe, you can prepare a quick and easy one-pan side dish, creamy mushrooms. The mushrooms are first sauteed, seasoned and at last, finished with cream. This side dish is great with steak, grits, rice, roasted root vegetables, fish, and much more. You can use it as a filling in casserole dishes or served up as a sauce with pasta.
