Ingredients

  • 3 pound Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Spray a large baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.

  2. Wash and dry potatoes. Cut into quarters. Place quartered potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
