Roadhouse Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 c half and half cream
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pound frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat cream and butter. Add salt. Place potatoes in flat, greased 9 X 12 inch glass dish. Pour cream mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
