No fat Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Green tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • No-fat Italian salad dressing
  • Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

Place tomatoes and dressing in a sealed plastic bag; marinate in the refrigerator as little 10 minutes or as long as a day. Shake off excess dressing; roll tomato slices in bread crumbs. Spray broiling pan with non-stick spray; broil tomato slices until brown. Turn; broil until second side is brown. Or, cook tomatoes in saute pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
