  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion
  • 1 Head Green Cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Chopped Parsley
  1. Cook chopped bacon over medium heat in a cast iron or non-stick skillet (about 10 minutes).
