Even Better Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon Dill weed
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Clean potatoes and bake in oven until soft, about 45-50 minutes.
     
  3. Remove potatoes from oven and cut in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh and mash well in a bowl.
     
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients, whipping until fluffy.
     
  5. Pile potato mixture back into the potato skins; sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
     
  6. Heat in the oven until piping hot.
