Cabbage and Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Chinese cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 tbs. oil (I use canola)
  • 1 tbs. butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Mix sour cream and flour. Heat the remaining ingredients, except cabbage, in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat until butter is melted. Add cabbage and cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in sour cream mixture and heat through.
