Wild Rice Mushroom Stuffing

- 6 cup cubed sage & onion stuffing mix
- 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 10 tablespoon butter, divided
- 2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 2 cup cooked wild rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a saute pan over medium high heat. Saute mushrooms, onion, and celery for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir gently into the dry stuffing mix along with the cooked wild rice to evenly distribute.

Heat chicken broth, wine, and remaining 6 tablespoons of butter in a small pan until the butter is melted and the liquid is simmering. Pour over stuffing mixture, stir until stuffing is evenly moistened, and place into a baking dish.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through and the top is lightly golden brown.
