Carolyn's Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Carolyn's Mashed Potatoes are sure to become an instant classic at your Thanksgiving table. This is the best mashed potato recipe out there for anyone who loves good old-fashioned Thanksgiving food.

Ingredients

  • 7 potatoes
  • 1/3 cup vegetable broth
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cup onions, chopped
  • 4 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/3 cup soymilk
  • 5 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon dairy-free margerine
  • 2 teaspoon rosemary
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and onions in a large saucepan for 15-20 minutes covered with water and vegetable broth, or until potatoes soft.
  2. Drain potatoes and onions.
  3. Mash.
  4. Add soymilk, nutritional yeast, pressed garlic, butter, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix together until well incorporated.
