"Wondering what to do with leftover turkey? This creamy turkey wild rice soup recipe is a delicious way to use up turkey (or chicken) leftovers that’s different from the same old same old. Rich and creamy thanks to half and half, with an extra flavor pop of thyme. A great all-in-one meal thanks to the addition of wild rice, mushrooms, celery, and carrots. Ready to serve in under an hour with only 10 minutes of prep time. "
