"Sometimes I like to just throw the ingredients into a pot and that's it. No washing of vegetables, no cutting, and a reduced cooking time. With the low carb cheeseburger soup, I aimed to do exactly that. The soup calls for ground beef and you can use lean or fatty ground meat, whichever you prefer. I also add cream cheese and grated cheese to this soup. The best way to enjoy it is with pickled cucumbers at the side and wholesome brown bread. A little salad as a side dish, such as a green salad with vinaigrette, completes this winter flavored soup as well. "
