Healthy Vietnamese Pho Soup

"Healthy Vietnamese Pho Soup is scrumptious and versatile soup. You can serve it with chicken and fish sauce or omit those and keep it vegan. Using Shirataki noodles this soup can also be gluten free. The fresh jalapeno peppers and little red peppers will add some heat to this dish. You can even amp up the heat by adding some sriracha. Or you can leave out the peppers and sriracha to keep it mild in flavor. You can dress this soup up however you like."
