French Onion Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 lg. onions
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 (10 oz.) cans beef broth (or make your own)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • Croutons and cheese

Instructions

Cook onions in butter over low heat for 20 minutes. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Add salt, and a dash of pepper and cinnamon. Serve with croutons and melted cheese.
