Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 6 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme Leaves
  • 2 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 6 ounce Wide Egg Noddles
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 2 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 6 ounce Wide Egg Noddles
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
  1. In a 5 quart dutch oven over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion, carrots, and celery and sweat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  2. Pour in the chicken stock along with the bay leaves and thyme.
