Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 large Yellow Onion
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 2 rib Celery
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Diced oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
  1. Heat a large soup pot over medium and add the olive oil. Then add the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
