How to Assemble Avocado Toast

Below, we will show you how to put together the Bacon, Tomato and Feta Avocado Toast, however, the process will be exactly the same for the other recipes on this page (and really any avocado toast you choose to make in the future). Just follow along with our step-by-step instructions!

1. Gather your ingredients.

2. Cut your lime in half. Set aside.

3. Cut your avocado in half.

4. Scoop out the avocado, separating the "meat" from the peel, and removing the pit.

5. Place your two avocado halves in a bowl.

6. Using a fork, mash up your avocado halves, making the consistency as thick and chunky or as smooth as you want.

At this point, squeeze half of your lime into the avocado mixture and mix thoroughly. You can also mix in your desired salt and pepper at this stage, or you can season your toast at the very end.

7.  Again using a fork, begin to spread the mashed avocado on your slices of toasted bread.

8. Next, layer on top your tomato slices and cooked bacon.

9. Lastly, add the Feta cheese on top, and you're ready to eat your meal.
