Ingredients

  • Eggs: 6
  • Onion (big): 1 finely chopped, bell peppers
  • Coriander: 1 finely chopped
  • Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  • Grated ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Capsicum: 1 finely chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Muffin liners: 6
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 200°C

  2. Take a bowl, add eggs

  3. Add onion, ginger, capsicum, bell peppers and mix well

  4. Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and salt and pepper and mix well

  5. Take a muffin tray and line it up with the liners

  6. Pour the mixture from the bowl into the liners till 1/3 filled
