"If you are a purist of French cooking – look away now. I know, I know – for a ratatouille you cook each kind of vegetable separately, then put all together in a baking dish and stick in the oven. Or cook on stove top, but still separately. So yes, this is a completely unorthodox version – but man, is it quick. And easy. I cut corners by adding ketchup and cooking it super quick all in one pan. And it's fantastically tasty."
