"Swiss Chard is a wonderful healthy leafy green, but recipes are scarce. This one uses the whole plant, both stems and leaves. If you can find it, get the rainbow variety for something pretty and different for your plate. Like so many other veggies, roasting brings out fantastic flavor. And you will love the crispy edges! A little Parmesan cheese melts on the top to round out the taste. A delicious side with so many meals! "
