Lemony Olive Oil Tortellini

"We love tortellini at home, especially if cooked in a pan with olive oil and lemon. I came up with this recipe after having visited Florence last year (yep while the pandemic was less once again). In a local restaurant, I got to try a tortellini recipe which was simply prepared in olive oil and with some lemon. I eventually recreated the Italian dish by using lemon zest! I will show you how it's done, and you can do it with a simple cooking knife, even if you don't own a zester. Your family will love this light and hearty delicious summer dinner meal! "
