Baked Ricotta Cheese With Jam

" I came up with this recipe by accident. They had ricotta on sale in stores, and I thought a hot dip would be a delightful idea. So, I made a baked spiced ricotta dip. It's topped with a jam, so you have a creamy well seasoned dip with a good looking sweet jam layer. I serve it up as a small fun party appetizer but I think it makes a great TV snack too. You can make it healthier by adding vegetable dippers, my favorites are small colorful peppers and pink sharp radish. Crackers and savory cookies make perfect dippers too. "
