Maryland Crab Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 lb. claw meat
- 1 lb. regular crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 10 crackers, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. Form into cakes. Fry until golden brown.
