Baked Oysters

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. oysters
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Cut oysters in bite size pieces. Save the liquid. Mix butter, crumbs, salt, pepper and cumin. Layer 1/2 crumbs in casserole. Add oysters. Mix Worcestershire sauce, cream and oyster liquid. Pour over oysters. Cover with rest of crumbs. Bake at 350 40 minutes.
