Sweet & Sour Sauce (great for Egg Rolls)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup apricot nectar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinchground ginger
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
Combine nectar and pineapple juice in pot. Add sugar, honey, salt, ginger and soy. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until sugar disolves. Remove from heat. Add vinegar and sugar. Cool and chill.
