Red Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 cup hot water
  • 2/3 cup tomato sauce

Instructions

Brown the flour in a large frying pan. Add the spices,then the oil. Heat and stir to avoid lumps. When smooth, slowly add the water and tomato sauce stirring all the time. When all is smooth, simmer until thick. Add your own hot peppers to your taste.
